Bodrum peninsula: One of the unique features of Bodrum as a holiday resort is that in addition to the active recreational opportunities available by day and the unequaled Bodrum nightlife, so many more tranquil bays, beaches and villages are available to enjoy on the Bodrum Peninsula.

 
Gumusluk: This peaceful village is one of the oldest settlements on the peninsula. It has modest restaurants and several pensions and motels, but it retains a small-scale atmosphere for the simple reason that most of the village is designated an official archaeological site so that no landscaping alterations or new groundbreakings are allowed.

House Location: Our house location is under the Gumusluk municipality, included in the complex of Gümsan-2. The Gumusluk bay is five km far away, such as the village Yalikavak at the same distance. There are two groceries for the common needs. Local mini buses that run every fifteen min. can also drive you to Bodrum or to the nearest flea markets in the nearest villages.
Beach: Beach: The beach is especially for the guests inside the complex. In the beach there are also beach chairs, a bar and a nice restaurant with a sea view and flowers with trees around. The restaurant is open until 12 p.m.

 

 

 

Ayten’s House

The villa is a typical Bodrum house with a living space of 85m2. It has two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. In the living room there is a couch, which can be converted in a double bed in order to increase the sleeping capacity.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas burner, microwave oven, barbeque, coffee machine and refrigerator. The house is fully furnished and there is also cloth washer, TV and DVD.
